Using kiln dried pine interlocking logs can be manufactured in 28mm, 44mm and 68mm. The prima system (unique to Lugarde; aluminum corner posts clad with machined timber) is available in both 28mm and 44mm logs.

All vertical sides come with pressure treated foundation beams which sit directly onto your level base. Optional internal floors can be purchased with most standard designs.

Brochure shows standard windows and doors included with each building. These can be changed to an alternative design.

If you do decide to change the windows and doors from the standard designs the additional costs would be; modification charge for each size change and the price difference between the standard designs and the new designs chosen.

Superior quality window and door furniture is supplied in a choice of brass or chrome with cylinder lock. Windows have turn handles operating shoot bolt locking system.

Roof and floor insulation is also available on all buildings as an optional extra.

Coloured felt tiles come with each building as standard in a choice of 5 standard colours. Colour swatches available to see at our display centre. Some models have the option to have a thatched roof system supplied by Lugarde or larger models can have a roof system which is suitable to have thatched by a local supplier at customer's own cost.

Lugarde grants a 5 year warrantee on manufacturing or construction faults.

All buildings are supplied untreated as standard. Lugarde do offer an immersion treatment using an impregnating agent. The wood is then optimally protected including the tongue and groove joints and notches. Lugarde still recommend that you treat / paint your building every 12 to 18 months.

For buildings with between 19mm and 33mm logs single glazed windows and doors are standard. For all buildings with 45mm or above have double glazed windows and doors as standard.

Timber Georgian Bars: These are surface applied to all windows and doors.

Brass Georgian Bars: These are fixed between the double glazed sealed unit panes

Tilt and Turn: Most opening windows use the standard tilt and turn mechanism – some window options are side hung opening (please ask for details).

Pavillion models can be ordered with a pre-shingled roof (saving you or your installer the extra time and money)

All models can be ordered without any felt tiles so you can apply your own choice of roof finish.

All buildings are supplied untreated as standard. Bertsch are able to offer factory treatment using Sikkens quality paint system to all windows and doors for all building types.

Factory applied oil based impregnating agent is available to all buildings at 20% extra.

Fully painted buildings can be offered only on the Pavillion and Prefabricated ranges using coloured ranges from Sikkens as shown in brochure. (Sikkens colour swatches are available to see at our display centre.)
